BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS | CAMP SESSIONS 1. Camp passes are valid for the confirmed date/ dates. 2. Camp location (Drop off/ Pick up) will be provided at time of purchase. 3. All Basketball Camp Players must be signed in and signed out by a Parent or Guardian. 4a. Northern NSW | 8 Player Minimum (20 Player Maximum) participants are required for the session to proceed. 4b. Gold Coast QLD | 4 Player Minimum (10 Player Maximum) participants are required for the session to proceed. 5. All bookings must be made and paid (payment plans available) prior to your player's first session. 6. Canceled bookings will be offered a re-booking (where available), should the participant not be rebooked, the full payment/s received will be forfeited. 7. All players must signup to www.thehooplab.com.au (free), Complete Registration (must include Emergency Contact) and Player Waiver to participate - safety first! 8. Each player participating must bring: Basketball, Water Bottle, Morning Tea, Lunch and Closed Shoes.
